The Williams Soccer Academy's refund policy is as follows:
-100% refund until the first day of camp/clinics. Once camp/clinics have commenced all registration costs are non-refundable.
Academy Training Program (Summer, Fall, Winter, & Spring Seasons)
-100% refund until one week before the start of a training season. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is part of all player registrations after this deadline.
-Once the season has commenced, a pro-rated refund will be available for the first week of training sessions, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
-Following the first week of sessions, no refund will be issued except in the case of a player injury or medical reasons which prohibit the player from participating in physical activity. A letter from a licensed physician is required for this refund to be considered. In the case that the Academy issues a medical refund, it will be pro-rated, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
-The Academy does not give refunds for weather conditions that shorten the amount of sessions/games. However, in such a case we offer make up days or additional clinics at a date and time to be determined by the Academy to offset any cancellations due to inclement weather. Make up days are non-transferable to dates not offered by the Academy. In addition, we do not give refunds due to personal conflicts with the training sessions or game schedule.
-The Academy does NOT pro-rate camp/clinics or training sessions. The Academy training sessions, camps/clinics are carefully designed to provide quality training at reasonable prices, and are therefore not customized.
-All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Kevin Williams at firstname.lastname@example.org
